A common thread connects my interdisciplinary work: the recording and preservation of media. I examine the transmission of popular music and dance on the Web, the dissemination of intangible heritage through social media, and the miniaturization of media forms through small-tech networked devices. These explorations take into consideration the content that is stored in relation to the medium in which it is registered and transmitted.
